The story

Built by Ela.
Brought home by her son.

Ela built Vila Elasan in 1935, inspired by the villas of the Côte d’Azur — the house and its tower drawn as one design. At the end of the occupation its furniture was carried off in a railway wagon to Villach, where her son Saša found it and brought it back to Bled.

Much of it is still here. You’ll be sleeping in a family home, not a rental.
