House Rules

Vila Elasan is a self sustained villa on the private property.

Following are some basic house rules, please read carefully.

  1. Check-IN and arrival: Please inform us via Welcome, or express Check-in form, via booking.com or direct communication the approximate time of arrival so we can meet, or we can tell you where to pick-up the house keys. Check-in is possible between 3pm-11pm. The host does not reside on this property.
  2. Guests staying: According to local laws, we are obliged to report any person staying in our property, so please fill up check-in form precisely or let us know if any changes would occur during your stay. No persons, not on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house. We need to report any change within 12 hours.
  3. Check-Out: Normal check-out time is until 11am. If you leave early, please communicate with the host, so that you can hand out the keys, and take the invoice. House has to be relatively clean when you check-out, so it’s possible to clean and prepare it for the next guests. Same is valid for the garden. In case of access trash, dirtiness of interiors we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fee of minimum 90€, and for the garden minimum 135€. Please allow minimum 15min for host to arrive from the time you communicate. In case of a delay of vacating the property, beyond the time, which allows the house to be prepared for next guests, we have to charge full day extra for that stay which is 350€. Same charge applies if house and the garden is in the state that cleaning and preparing would too long for next guest to be able to check-in on time.
  4. Payments: Standard procedure for payment is at the time of departure, but based on different booking options we charge some deposit, but regardless, the final invoice is issued on the departure. We accept payments in EUR cash, or Visa, MasterCard credit cards. Leaving property without paying or letting the host know is a criminal offense which has to be reported to the police, and proceeded accordingly.
  5. Capacity: Vila Elasan is spacious old traditional villa, but it has 2 double beds and sofa bed, so maximum 6 persons can stay in the villa, unless babies or small children up to 3 years of age, who sleep in the baby cot or with parents. We can not allow more than mentioned persons to stay in villa.
  6. Pets: If you have pets, you have to confirm with us prior your stay for approval. We charge a fee of 30€ per dog per stay.
  7. Parking: Free parking space in available on the garden outside the house, and it is only for the guests staying in the villa.
  8. Host’s Entrance: From the moment you check-in, the entire villa is to be used for your stay, and host, or any related personnel will not enter the house, unless it is an emergency situation. In cases some assistance is needed host will communicate prior entering the property to ask for permission. Host is not responsible for your belongings. House should be locked when guests are not present, or at night. Bled is generally very safe area, but still common sense precautions are necessary.
  9. Bedding and towels: Are provided before arrival, as well as soaps. When staying more than 7days, we provide one set of fresh towels. It is possible to request fresh towels more frequently, but we charge a fee of 36€ per set. In case of missing or stained towels we charge them even if discovered after departure of the guests. Fee of 20€ is used for large towel and 14€ for small towel. Stained (un-washable) sheets are charged 25€, and stained blanket or pillow covers are charged 45€.
  10. Kitchenware and glasses: Kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, plates, glasses, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and some basic spices. Nothing extra is needed for normal usage. In case of broken or missing normal glasses, tea or coffee cups are charged 12€, glass bowls 36€ each. Villa also have number of crystal glasses, which we don’t recommend for usage, as they are more of a decoration within furniture. In case of missing or broken crystal glasses we charge 126€ each.
  11. Hazardous materials and appliances: The guest is not allowed to bring easily inflammable and explosive materials and objects with a strong or unpleasant smell into the apartment. Moreover, the guest cannot bring electric appliances without the host’s permission. The power consumption included in the price of accommodation does not include uncommon additional appliances that use electricity, and for every appliance found in the apartment, additional expenses will be charged in accordance with the estimated power consumption, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
  12. Quiet hours: The period of night rest is from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. so we ask refrain from loud noises, music, talking within those hours, to avoid disturbing neighbors. In case of public peace disturbance complaint of neighbors or police, we charge one time fee of 150€ with related expenses, and host has the right to ask guests to leave the villa at once and charge a full stay regardless of number of days left on the reservation.
  13. Usage: Villa is meant for a holiday stay of a family, couple, or friends. It is not allowed to organize any forms of parties, picknicks or similar events. In case of organizing daytime event (ie. small wedding, Video shooting, etc) please advise this at time of enquiry for booking, as prices online are for holiday stay purposes.
  14. Property: Villa Elasan is an old traditional villa with many antics and old pieces of furniture, so please take extra care, not to cause any damage. In case of any damage we will need to invoice it extra on top of the stay cost.
  15. Environment: Municipality of Bled, strives for clean environment and to be zero waste. Tap water is drinkable. Trash should be separated to mixed (Green cover trashcan), plastic and packaging (Yellow cover trashcan), and glass which should be left outside of the trashcans so it is removed separately from the property. Wrongly deposited trash get sanctioned by the municipality with very high fines, so please respect proper separation, as the host or cleaning lady, can will not check trashcans. In event of fine issued by the municipality due to miss-classified trash, we will burden the cost to the staying guest. In the event of a need to empty trash cans and re-sort trash we charge a fee of 135€.
  16. Smoking: It is not allowed to smoke inside of Vila Elasan. Disregarding this rule, we reserve the right to charge 90€ air refreshing fee. We also prefer not to smoke outside, in case you do, please don’t discard cigarette buds on the ground.
  17. Alcohol or drugs: Please refrain from excessive consumption of alcohol on the property, to avoid unwanted consequences. Keeping, consuming or dispatching of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property, and any violation will be reported to the police. Spilled alcohol or strong scent from it will also result in 90€ air refreshing fee.
  18. The Roof: Villa has a flat roof, with the concrete fence on one side, and it may look like a balcony, but it is not, and fence is for the visual effect of the villa. It is not allowed to climb on the roof, neither being there.
